Breakfast Omelette

Carpy Omelette
Omelette with Sausage, Bacon & Mushrooms
Resident Chef Nathan "Bumpy" Highley offers up something a bit different from the usual bacon roll for Breakfast in a nice omelette.

Ingredients Required:

3x Large eggs
2x Small sausages
2x Rashers of bacon
2x Mushrooms
Handful of grated cheese
oil

Cooking tools:

1x medium frying pan
1x Fork
1x bowl
1x Gas cooker

Cooking Directions

Cut up the sausages into about 7 pieces, dice the bacon and dice the mushrooms then whisk up the eggs with the fork in the bowl.

Fry off the sausage, bacon and mushrooms until cooked, then add the eggs and keep mixing it so it comes away from the edge of the frying pan and becomes firm to touch.

Once the egg is set enough flip over and then place the cheese on top, cook for a further minute fold it in half and place onto plate and enjoy with a glass of fresh orange.
