Resident Chef Nathan "Bumpy" Highley fills you in with
his recipe for a nice spaghetti bolognaise.
Ingredients
Required: 1x Large packet lean
minced beef
1x Pack of spaghetti
2x Large onions
10x Mushrooms
1x Jar Tesco's pasta sauce
2x Cloves of garlic
4x teaspoons of oregano
1x Small packet of grated cheese
Cooking tools: 1x Large Wok
1x medium size pan with lid(for pasta)
1x Wooden spoon
2x Gas stoves
Cooking Directions
Prepare the veg at home by slicing the onions and mushrooms,
and crushing the garlic.
On the bank put the pan on with water in it and
start to bring to the boil. Now brown the onions,
mushrooms and garlic, once veg is done add the mince
until browned. Now add the jar of pasta sauce and
oregano and simmer for 15 mins, while it's on the
simmer put the spaghetti in the pan of water and
cook until spaghetti is soft.
Drain the spaghetti using the lid, place onto
plates and then place the mince on top, finally put
the grated cheese on top of it all, Job done now
enjoy with a glass of the finest red wine.
